Business Coaching is basically an adaptation of the techniques and methods of Coaching used to challenge us on a professional context.
Essentially it teaches you how to boost your inner strength, to create positive change, as well as to potentiate the change of those around you; clients, team, family, friends and relationships.
For instance, Business Coaching can help leaders grow and improve performance, reduce or eliminate their blind spots and be open to constructive feedback, not only reducing the likelihood of failure, and premature burnout but also provide an atmosphere in which the executive can express fears, failures and dreams. 
The truth is that Business Coaching can help all of us, no matter at what level we are professionally: to be better at what we do, potentiating our own resources and helping eliminate our weak spots.
Think about this:
Have you ever felt afraid of giving a speech in public, or even doing a presentation in front of your work peers? Do you have difficulty dealing with certain work colleagues?
We all go through professional situations where we find it hard to deal with…And how do we react normally? We just wish it would just be over, or that you could just “hide”, go back to being at “peace”, or to our “comfort zone”!
That is an “extreme level of emotion” causing “extreme thinking”. 
If we learn to recognise, deal with, control and, even alter our emotions in these situations that cause “extreme levels”, we can then know how to control our levels of thinking, our levels of reaction, and finally, we can take potentially dangerous situations and have them work in our favour (turning our “weak points” into our “advantage”).

The first thing to understand is that conversational hypnosis is not magic nor is it about being put to sleep either. It’s not about mind control nor is it about having ideas forced onto you, and you will not begin to reveal information you wish to keep secret.
What hypnosis attempts to achieve is to access the subconscious mind to address and resolve a particular problem or to achieve a particular goal. And usually this can be made with just the right degree of concentration.
